Miniscape

I started and ran a nature-inspired home decor business, Miniscape, with my two sisters. The mission behind our creations was to make plant-oriented designs and miniature landscapes that did not require care or maintanance. By using components such as dried lichen, silk plants, shells, and crystals, we were able to achieve our goal.

Miniscape allowed me to synthesize what I learned from nature to bring some of its brilliance indoors and into my products. Through numerous craft fairs and art shows, features in local shops, and online sales via Etsy, I enjoyed experimenting with what appeals to consumers. Over the years, I designed and created Miniscape’s products, promotional materials, and managed the online shop.
